FX-DBBP : Double Box Cotton Fibre Bailing Press
The FX-Double Box Bale Press Machine is designed to efficiently compress ginned cotton and delinted linters, reducing volume and increasing density for improved handling, storage, and transportation efficiency. Re-engineered for easy operation, low power consumption, and minimal labour cost.
SAFETY FEATURES:
- Equipped with proximity sensors, limit switches, and check valves to ensure safety and prevent accidents. Provisions of advanced human protection sensing device which protect machine rotational operation.
- Equipped with guide rods to prevent turn around of main ram cylinder.
- Equipped with the sensor to prevent human interference during machine operation to avoid incident.

- The Ferro Double Bale Press can be tailored to customer needs, including options for multiple or double pushers.
- The Ferro Double Bale Box press can be equipped with online bagging/ online weighing.
