Edible Oil Solvent Extraction Technology

FX-Recuperation Unit For Final Solvent Trap

The Recuperation Unit is expertly designed for Vent Vapour Recovery through the Absorption process. During operations like extraction, drying, and distillation, non-condensable gases, predominantly air, are introduced into the system. If left unmanaged, these gases can cause significant damage, making it essential to vent them safely. To achieve this, the system is equipped with an advanced absorption mechanism. Vent gases pass through a specially selected vegetable or mineral oil, which effectively absorbs any solvent traces present. Regular monitoring of the oil is crucial to detect any volatiles, and when necessary, the oil is replaced to ensure optimal performance. This process ensures both the longevity and efficiency of the system, maintaining high standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
