Ferro Oiltek provides a complete, one-stop solution for seed processing and the edible oil industry. Established in 2000, the company began with small-scale production of vibro separators, de-stoners, and grain processing plants. With over two decades of expertise and the dedication of Managing Director Sri. R. N. Bohra, the group expanded into cottonseed, sunflower, and oilseed processing, aiming to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to the industry.
Ferro Oiltek specializes in developing efficient machinery for Delinting, Decorticating, Preparatory, Solvent Extraction, and Edible Oil Refining. Certified with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 9001:1401 UKAS Accreditation, the company operates from its headquarters in Ambernath (Mumbai) 1000 sq.mtr and a 25,000 sq. mtr manufacturing facility in Malkapur (Maharashtra), supported by a skilled workforce of 200 technicians and state-of-the-art machinery.
Using advanced SolidWorks software from Dassault Systems, Ferro Oiltek designs pressure vessels and complete plant layouts. The in-house manufacturing unit is equipped with 7D Flow waterjet, Hurco VMC, CNC Turning Centre, Juaristi Horizontal Boring, and a large assembly and fabrication bay. The company also collaborates with MACFUGE (Servizi Industrial Srl, Italy) for sales and services of centrifugal separators for vegetable oil, biodiesel, and other applications.

Mr. Jenendra Bohra serves as CEO and director of Ferro Oiltek Pvt. Ltd. With over 17 years of experience in the edible oilseed processing industry, he leads business strategy, innovation, and customer relations for the firm. He oversees sales, product development, customer relations, and strategic planning.
Mr. Jitendra Bohra acts as Director at Ferro Oiltek Pvt. Ltd. With a strong technical background in chemical engineering, he is deeply involved in research & development, focusing on process efficiency, energy conservation, and eco-friendly engineering practices.
